"Financial assistance from the Institute - in the form of grants or loans - is only available to Diploma Candidates and only to those who find themselves in severe financial difficulties. The Institute, due to the limited funds available, can only support an individual occasionally - and then only to a very limited extent. It is therefore mandatory that all candidates secure other means of support, such as grants or loans from other parties, when they first plan their training at the Institute; as a rule, no student should expect financial aid from the Institute."
